Exciting Role as Sales Support Coordinator

Do you have experience in sales support and are ready for an exciting role with great responsibility and variety? We are now looking for a structured and self-driven person for a mission where you will support resellers in an ongoing system change – while also helping to build a new sales support function from the ground up.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of Sales Support Coordinator, you will join a business-oriented team within the energy sector that is currently undergoing a major change of business systems for its resellers. At the same time, a new internal sales support function will be established – and you will play an important role here.

You will be the link between the resellers and the internal organization, supporting in system issues, driving improvement work, and structuring documentation and information flows. The role suits you who enjoys having many points of contact and likes to create order, drive things forward, and contribute with a business focus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Support resellers in business systems for orders, planning, and invoicing
  • Document and build internal knowledge about the system
  • Be responsible for the information flow to resellers
  • Create and structure sales materials, customer portals, and shared servers
  • Coordinate business development initiatives within the team
  • Handle administrative tasks and daily internal/external matters

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
  • Has previous experience in sales support or a similar business support role
  • Is familiar with working in business systems (orders, contracts, pricing, invoicing, reports)
  • Has very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Has excellent Swedish and English in both speech and writing

It is a merit if you have:

  • Worked with resellers
  • Experience coordinating complex tasks or working cross-functionally
