About the position
The role involves responsibility for the entire customer journey where you deliver a first-class customer experience to our customers. You will answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, helping customers with everything from product questions, delivery issues, and any problems that may arise along the way. In addition to answering customer inquiries, you will work with sales via phone, chat, and email, as well as welcoming customers in our showroom.

We are looking for someone who
Has experience in customer service via phone and email and has an excellent sense of customer interaction while being driven to deliver a world-class customer experience.
You are meticulous, stress-resistant, and passionate about service. You should be good at seeing details, have a strong interest in order and tidiness, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks. You express yourself well in both speech and writing and are comfortable using the phone as a work tool. You should also find it enjoyable to meet customers, as we have a showroom where we welcome them.
Part of the job requires handling deviations where you as an individual need to be decisive, customer- and solution-oriented. You should also have the ability to deliver excellent customer service in all situations and be the problem solver when inaccuracies arise.
As a person, you are passionate about service and thrive in a role where social contacts are many. You are independent, confident, and love helping others. Of course, you are punctual and reliable and feel a great responsibility for your tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and satisfactorily. Furthermore, the role includes varied tasks in a fast-paced environment, which requires you to be flexible and meticulous so that information does not fall through the cracks. Finally, you will work closely with your colleagues, which requires good collaboration skills.
