A central change program is already underway within HR/People & Culture. A formal reorganization is expected to take effect on July 1, 2025. To ensure a smooth transition, the company is now seeking a communicative change leader who can support the program management and the team in implementing planned communication and change activities.

• Collaborate closely with other functions within HR, internal communication, and labor law to ensure that communication aligns with overall goals. • Actively participate in global working groups to follow and contribute to ongoing initiatives. • Ensure that project teams, leaders, and employees receive the right information at the right time and feel involved in the change.

Stakeholder dialogue:

• Communicate continuously with the project's internal teams and management levels. • If necessary, also communicate directly with affected employees. • Collaborate with international sister organizations to ensure consistent communication.

Profile:

• You can simplify complex information and explain it clearly. • You have good experience working in environments with many parallel stakeholders. • You are comfortable communicating with both management groups and other staff. • You build relationships and trust across boundaries and departments. • You enjoy working internationally and in collaborative environments. • You are used to prioritizing and focusing on what creates the most value.

Requirements:
