The position and tasks

As an HR specialist, you will be offered a broad and varied role with a lot of personal responsibility and great opportunity to influence your workday. The HR team consists of 5 employees and an HR manager. We work closely with our managers to provide them with support and the right conditions to create a good work environment and work towards the common goal - to have Sweden's best schools. We work proactively to identify the development needs of the organization in the HR area both in the short and long term. We have fun at work while providing our managers with top-notch support.

Your responsibilities include:

• Guiding managers in labor law, rehabilitation, systematic work environment efforts, salary formation, etc.
• Supporting managers in negotiations, MBL negotiations & collaboration
• Establishing and improving routines, structure, and processes
• Developing and analyzing HR statistics together with the manager
• Working proactively to identify the development needs of the organization in the HR area

Who you are

Requirements: We are looking for someone with a degree in human resources from a university or equivalent education as assessed by the employer.

We also expect you to have at least three years of work experience in various HR processes. Knowledge and experience in labor law are essential.

The work rarely involves ready-made solutions, so you must have the courage to try new approaches. You build good relationships and have experience meeting managers and employees in various personnel-related situations.

You should have an excellent ability to express yourself correctly in both speech and writing as you, as an HR specialist, support managers and administration in labor law documentation and investigations. You are proficient in digital tools and have experience working in various HR systems, and you have experience conducting workshops and training for managers.

Meritorious: It is an advantage if you have worked with collective agreements within the municipality or region, and we would like you to be someone who keeps yourself updated within your profession through monitoring and trend analysis.

As a person, you are confident, have a good sense of humor, the courage to set boundaries, and the ability to separate issues from individuals. You organize and plan your work well, complete what you start, and meet deadlines. Conditions can change rapidly, so it is important that you have problem-solving skills and an unpretentious attitude, an understanding that long-term goals need to be achieved, and that you see logic and connections in complex information.
