Choose Telge – here you can combine business acumen with social benefit
As an employee, you will have freedom under responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact. We believe in you as an individual and assume that you possess your own unique ability to make a difference. We also believe that it is beneficial to have diverse backgrounds and experiences so that together we can make a difference. Courageous is one of our four core values, and together with our three other core values – open, simple, and personal – they shape much of what we do. To ensure you feel good and reach your full potential, we know you need a good balance between work and leisure.
Here’s what Anders Ström, the hiring manager, says about the role:
“In our customer service, you will respond to customer inquiries regarding the electricity grid, district heating, water and sewage, as well as city networks. You will work in a role that allows you to develop into an energy professional! You will be surrounded by competent and engaged colleagues and will come to a workplace with a good atmosphere and open communication. Customer service has close collaboration and dialogue with several other departments to meet customer needs.”
Responsibilities
The Customer Service and Operations Support department handles, among other things, Telge Nät's customer service, customer cases, invoicing, and product administration. In the role of customer service representative, you will work with your colleagues to handle incoming cases and calls regarding the electricity grid, water and sewage, district heating, and city networks. One of your most important responsibilities is to receive service requests from our customers regarding new connections, move notifications, fault reports, advice, and invoice inquiries.
We are Telge Nät
Every day, 365 days a year, Telge Nät ensures that customers in and outside the expanding Södertälje have stable and sustainable access to electricity, district heating, district cooling, city networks, water, and sewage. Today, we are about 200 employees working together. At Telge Nät, you quickly become part of the team, and there is always a colleague nearby.
Our wishlist
We would like to get to know you and learn more about what you can offer. To fit this role, you need to have a high school education and work experience in a similar role in customer service or another customer-facing function within electricity grids, water, district heating, and city networks. You have a strong sense of service and quality, and with good social skills, you understand the different needs of our customers. You are unafraid of contact via phone and enjoy customer interaction via phone, email, and chat. You are interested in people, outgoing, and engaged while also understanding the business aspect of the company. You have a good willingness to collaborate and an analytical ability. Our focus is on the customer experience, and therefore we are increasing the digitization of our processes. You are naturally inclined to change and see opportunities instead of difficulties.
You possess good IT skills and should identify with our core values of being open, simple, personal, and courageous. Good Swedish language skills and proficiency in the Office suite are other abilities needed for this position.
Bonus points
We do not expect you to know everything, but if you have experience with any of the following, it is a plus: CRM systems, CS Transmission, customer information systems, and invoicing management.
Diversity, inclusion, and safety
At Telge, we actively work for diversity and inclusion and therefore welcome employees with different experiences, backgrounds, and skills. A safe and secure working environment is our highest priority. Psychological tests are included in our recruitment processes for managerial and specialist positions, and we conduct regular random drug tests among all our employees.
Application deadline
May 11, 2025, interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period.
