To streamline and develop our purchasing processes, we are now looking for a Purchasing Coordinator/Supply Coordinator. We are looking for someone who wants to join us on our journey and ensure that our supply chain operates efficiently, both now and in the future.

In the role of Purchasing Coordinator/Supply Coordinator, you will have a supportive function for the purchasing team. Your main task will be to analyze, plan, and optimize our purchasing flows to meet both current and future demands.

You will be part of our purchasing team to ensure that we carry out effective and cost-efficient purchases while maintaining the high quality and delivery reliability that our customers expect. This is an operational role where you will have the opportunity to develop and streamline processes to meet the increasing volume and broader assortment we handle.

• Support the purchasing team in operational purchasing tasks such as orders, order registration, and delivery follow-up.
• Create and update forecasts to ensure the right purchases at the right time.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and other internal teams for smooth processes.
• Be responsible for updating and maintaining product information in the business system.

We are looking for a structured, meticulous, and analytical person with a strong interest in purchasing and logistics. You enjoy working both independently and in a team. As a person, you have a business-minded approach and are driven to streamline processes. You have a good ability to find solutions to problems that may arise in the supply chain.

• Has relevant experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Has experience in FMCG, retail, or a similar industry.
• Is accustomed to handling supplier contacts, order placement, and purchasing processes.
• Has good knowledge of Excel and other relevant tools for purchasing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• Experience working with forecasts and demand planning.
• Knowledge of purchasing strategy and cost control.
• Experience in logistics and risk management within the supply chain.
• Knowledge of Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, or another Asian language.
