More about the role

The position of store manager at Glitter means that you are a leader with personnel and results responsibility, where the main task is the daily operations of the store and leading the store's employees. A large part of the job is to lead and inspire the store's salespeople and to create a team where you have a positive community and work together to achieve the sales and results goals in the store.

At Glitter, we actively engage with every customer who comes in. Therefore, it is important that you love sales and are motivated to work towards high-set goals. You enjoy providing Glitter's unique selling service and styling customers with our beautiful products.
