We are looking for an Administrator to join our client's team in Älvsjö on a full-time basis.
Do you enjoy administrative tasks and want to contribute to streamlining our client's operations? We are now seeking a structured and detail-oriented person who can help keep the operations running smoothly and organized.

Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks related to the operations
- Handle deviations and customer inquiries
- Customer service via phone and email
- Order management
- Assist with transport planning
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in administrative work.
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good English.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
Employment Conditions
- Extent: Full-time
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 07:00-16:00
- Location: Älvsjö
- Salary: By agreement
