We are now looking for you who want to become Recruitment Support in our People Development team.

This is how you will make a difference with us

In the role of Recruitment Support with us at Telenor, you will have the opportunity to join a wonderful team consisting of experienced employees in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Learning & Development. As Recruitment Support, you are given a unique opportunity to gain insight into the daily recruitment work at one of Sweden's leading telecom companies.

You play an important role in our recruitment delivery and work from start to finish in close dialogue with both hiring leaders and candidates. You work closely with Talent Acquisition and ensure that you deliver first-class service to our organization and leaders to the best of your ability. Your main tasks will include:

  • Publishing job ads
  • Selection and assessment of candidates
  • Ongoing contact with leaders

To succeed in the role, we see that you are a person with a high energy level who enjoys taking responsibility and leading your own initiatives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of always having your ear to the ground and listening to the needs of the organization. Furthermore, we see that you are a strong relationship builder with a clear structure in your work. You enjoy working with multiple points of contact and are not afraid to challenge us with suggestions for new improved ways of working. To fit the role, we see that you have the following background and qualities:

  • Ongoing education in HR or related fields
  • Good communication skills in speech and writing: Swedish and English
  • Strongly meritorious if you have previous experience in recruitment

The position starts as a summer assignment, but the ambition is for you to continue as a part-time resource in the team thereafter. Perfect for you who are studying and want to build a career alongside.
