As a helpdesk consultant, you will enter structured environments where technology is crucial – you help users, solve problems, manage systems, and build trust. We offer assignments in the public sector with stability, professional onboarding, and support from experienced colleagues throughout the journey.

🛠 About the role

In this position, the following tasks may occur,

• ensure that IT equipment is functioning,
• provide service support to users via phone, email, and chat regarding hardware and software,
• administer IT environments (e.g., user accounts, permissions, and print queues),
• instruct users on how to work with various programs.

✅ What you need to be considered

You need to meet one of the following options:

• High school education (or equivalent knowledge) and at least three (3) years of work experience from similar work,

or

• Relevant IT education (e.g., engineering degree, vocational school, or equivalent) and at least two (2) years of work experience from similar work.

In addition to this, you also need to have:

• good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security,
• 
  
• basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent,
• 
  
• good knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Easit GO or ServiceNow),
• 
  
• good knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM),
• 
  
• ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
