What does the role look like?

You will be part of our Quality & Test unit and work on assignments for our clients. We have a large number of clients across various industries and offer attractive assignments where the latest technology is in focus.

You will plan the testing work, write test cases, prioritize, follow up, and improve the testing process. You have both customer focus and technical focus, and tools for API testing, databases, and logs are in your toolbox – perhaps even various test automation tools.

Competence development is an important part of the role. This means you will have the opportunity to take courses, obtain relevant certifications, and – if you wish – take significant responsibility for the development of the testing team. Perhaps you have a specialist area you want to lecture about?

Your background

You are used to leading and being responsible for larger or smaller testing efforts and have at least 5 years of experience in software testing. You are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum, and you may also be a Scrum Master. You have experience with test strategies, test reporting, test documentation, and planning.

You have understanding, knowledge, and above all curiosity about various testing tools and methods and how they can be used effectively in testing work. You also know how testing needs to be conducted in different sub-areas such as integration testing, mobile application testing, usability testing, and more.

We prefer that you have an education as a software tester from a vocational school or university. It is an advantage if you have relevant certifications such as ISTQB.

Fluency in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form, is a requirement.
