In the role of UX designer, a workday may consist of the following:

• Developing and improving the user experience for our digital products
• Keeping up to date with trends and new design methods – and translating them into industry-specific solutions
• Creating processes and structures for effective UX work in close collaboration with stakeholders and developers
• Conducting user studies, interviews, and needs analyses
• Creating user-friendly flows, design proposals, and interactive prototypes
• Acting as an internal mentor in user-centered development and driving relevant UX initiatives for the projects and initiatives you are involved in.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with several years of work experience in UX, Product, or Service Design – and relevant academic education or equivalent work experience. If you have previously worked on designing and implementing UX for digital interfaces, we see this as a significant plus. You have a genuine interest in new technology, enjoy staying updated, and constantly see new opportunities to improve the user experience.

You thrive in an agile environment where you can be involved from idea to finished solution, and you genuinely want to understand the products you work with – how they function, are used, and are experienced. Since you will have many points of contact both internally and externally, it is important that you feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

As a person, you are engaged, structured, and solution-oriented. You have an analytical mindset and are driven by turning insights into usable, sustainable, and attractive design solutions.
