The IT department of the County Administrative Boards is national and works for all 21 County Administrative Boards in Sweden.

Job Description

With us, you will work independently and closely with operations while being part of a successful team responsible for the operation and development of our Windows client support and third-line support.

Our IT services are largely based on Microsoft’s infrastructure components. You will continuously monitor the environment to drive innovation with a strong focus on security, reliability, and availability.

You should be a driving force that, together with your team, develops and manages the client infrastructure effectively through innovation, automation, security updates, and continuous improvements. You will have the opportunity to explore and create new solutions and features within your focus area.

The IT department of the County Administrative Boards is located throughout the country. The position is based in Mariestad. We offer flexible work with good opportunities for remote work part of the time.

Qualifications

Requirements

• University degree in IT or documented knowledge acquired in other ways
• Good knowledge of Powershell
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems
• Strong ability to systematically analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems.

Meritorious

• Experience with ITIL
• Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager
• Experience with PowerBi
• Experience with DevOps
• Experience with Intune/Mobile Iron
• Experience in public sector work.

Personal Qualities

As a person, you have good collaboration skills, and we see it as natural that you contribute to a good working climate. You have a well-developed ability to communicate with others. Your Swedish language skills are good, both spoken and written. You find it easy to learn and adopt new technology, and you take responsibility for continuous monitoring of your environment to stay updated.

To succeed well in the position, you need to be structured in your work. You plan, organize, and prioritize your workday effectively. You have the ability to analyze information, see connections, and patterns. We place great importance on personal suitability.
