JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a personal assistant, you will assist with various forms of personal care and everyday household tasks. It is important in the work to be able to relate and work according to clear routines.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with education in care and nursing or pedagogical education, or equivalent experience.

It is important that you, in your role as a personal assistant, are confident and can handle different situations independently as you will always be working alone.

Understanding of autism and knowledge of low arousal approaches is a requirement.

It is an advantage if you have a driver's license.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

We apply a probationary employment period.

To be considered for employment, you need to present an extract from the police criminal record for individuals according to Section 9, Subsection 1 of the Criminal Records Act (1998:620). As a permanent employee, you are assigned to Tingsryd Municipality in case of war. Some of our positions are classified for security, which means that a security review will be conducted. In these cases, the security review must be approved before appointment.
