Sanda Assistans was founded in Sandared by our CEO Betty Olsson. We have grown a bit over the years, but our heart remains in the right place. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in another person's everyday life.

We are now looking for someone who wants to work with a lovely girl. She lives at home with her mother, little brother, and the family's dog.

To fit into this position, you need to be self-sufficient and able to engage the customer at an appropriate level and take your own initiatives. The shifts are scheduled from 6 AM to 10 PM on weekends and from 1:45 PM to 10 PM on weekdays, with some changes.

There are two vacant positions; one is a parental leave substitute for about 20 hours per week on average (50%), and the other position is a "for as long as the assignment lasts" for about 28 hours per week (70%). The parental leave substitute starts at the end of June, and the other position starts on May 1st. However, we always want to start with a temporary employment so that you can try the job first. When both parties agree that it works, we will change the employment.

It is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

A driver's license and a personal car are not a requirement for the position itself, but we believe that you may need a personal car to get to work early in the morning and late in the evening.
