We are looking for a temporary housing support worker to join our team at Trehörna 9 (formerly Villa 1). We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference! The position is a fixed-term employment for at least 12 months with a workload of 80-100 %.

About Trehörna

The facility is a group home with 4 places and a small, experienced staff. The staff group is characterized by good cohesion, job satisfaction, and high competence. The residence is located in the scenic Urshult, close to both nature and community.

About the role As a housing support worker, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff members, you will work towards making the day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends. We can offer a full-time position of 100 % until 2025-08-31, after which it will be 80 %.

You will have a group leader or group manager nearby who works part of their time in the facility.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in health and care or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
