RESPONSIBILITIES

We work in teams and are responsible for providing the organization with digitized solutions that simplify and streamline their daily tasks. We use new technologies where possible but also work extensively with the management of our existing solutions.

As a process leader, you will be responsible for developing the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's development process by contributing to the operational and strategic work and ensuring that the process is used in the daily work of the authority. You will communicate and inform about the development process, measure and follow up on process efficiency, and report to process owners. Through collaboration with Group Managers, FL IT/ICT, and other process leaders, you will ensure that the processes handle the services optimally.

In your role, you will lead and direct the work within your process responsibility area and support group managers in leading various types of assignments. Furthermore, you will collaborate with other process leaders responsible for ITIL processes and work with Infrastructure, IT support, and IT planning to increase understanding of modern IT development. Your tasks also include challenging and developing work methods within the IT department with a focus on continuous improvements.

The role requires being proactive and engaged with a good grounding and understanding of various IT areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

For the role of process leader, we are looking for someone who works well with others and relates to them in a responsive and smooth manner. You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your approach and communicate clearly while ensuring that the message has been received. Furthermore, you create contacts and maintain relationships at work while seeing the bigger picture and considering the broader perspective.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in system science, engineering, or a higher education engineer in data, or other education combined with experience deemed relevant by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.
• Experience working with methods for process mapping, process development, and change management in the IT field.
• Experience with agile working methods.
• The ability to express oneself well in speech and writing in Swedish.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience leading assignments/projects.
• Experience with cross-functional working methods.
• Experience working in large public organizations or complex organizations.
• Experience in change management.
• Experience as an agile coach.
• Experience conducting and leading User Story Mapping.
• Certification in process management.
• Certification in Scrum or SAFE.
• Knowledge of DevOps.
