IT Technician with Experience in Digital Meeting Services Wanted

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing digital meeting services. You will develop and implement new solutions for digital meeting services and perform in-depth troubleshooting of software and hardware to ensure stable and reliable meeting environments. You will also participate in projects and assignments as an expert in the field and stay updated through monitoring the latest technical solutions in meeting technology.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working as an IT technician in digital meeting services
• Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting of both software and hardware
• Experience managing digital meeting services
• Good knowledge of management tools for meeting services
• Knowledge of networks, servers, and client-side software, particularly Windows
• Understanding of hardware related to PCs and laptops, as well as insight into user-friendliness for end-users
• Knowledge of IT security, Active Directory, and firewall rules
• Ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with specialized solutions in meeting technology
• Experience with meeting services such as Pexip and Cisco
• Experience with physical installation of meeting technology
• Experience working in large IT environments
• Experience working in correctional services
• Experience with ITIL
• Good knowledge of servers, specifically regarding Pexip
