You will be part of a team of nine experienced R&D project managers who have extensive experience working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Through close collaboration with development departments and resource owners, they create innovative solutions and drive successful projects together.

About the role

As an R&D project manager within Service, you will play a key role in leading development projects for our existing gas turbine fleet. You will drive projects through the entire development process – from initiation to delivery – and manage multiple projects of varying scope simultaneously.

In the early phase, you will ensure a strong project start by defining goals, creating a clear plan, and structuring the work into manageable deliverables. During implementation, you will lead team meetings, steer the project's progress, and inspire the team to find innovative solutions to technical challenges.

No two days are alike in this dynamic role! You will work according to the product development process with agile methods and collaborate in a creative and multicultural environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive R&D projects from start to delivery and follow-up.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Lead and coordinate project teams of 3–10 people.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments and external partners.
• Follow the company's R&D process for product development and continuously improve working methods.

We are looking for you with:

• Education or work experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience working in projects, e.g., from studies or work experience.
• You should be able to familiarize yourself with areas such as IEC62443, NIS2, Cyber Security Act, and DORA.
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently; additional language skills are a plus.
• The work takes place in an international environment with customers all over the world, so we are looking for someone who is open and can handle international contacts professionally.

Preferred qualifications:

• Education and/or work experience in project management.
• Work experience implementing cybersecurity in control system products.
