The Community Planning Administration has approximately 340 employees who perform essential work for society daily. The administration consists of the departments of property, street-park, meals and cleaning, rescue services, urban planning office, water-waste, and administration. You will belong to the administrative department, which currently consists of seven employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a business developer in the Community Planning Administration, you will be a central operational resource for object managers of digital systems throughout the administration. In this role, you have a coordinating function and work with object managers to develop and implement management plans, as well as follow up and report progress to the management team.
You are responsible for ensuring the development and integration of secure and robust operational systems together with other functions. You take the initiative for environmental monitoring and keep track of current trends and insights, which you then disseminate within the administration. You are responsible for coordinating, training, and implementing developed models and working methods for object management.
In this role, you work on behalf of the management team to build and develop digital support from an operational perspective and the specific needs within the administration. Your assignments are project-based and include needs analysis, feasibility studies, and project implementation together with the relevant operations.
You will collaborate closely with the administration's other business developers to jointly prioritize and drive the strategic improvement work for digital systems. Furthermore, you will cooperate with other administrations within the municipality and external actors on issues related to the municipality's data analysis tools, such as Power BI. Initially, in your role as a business developer, you will be involved in project management related to the implementation of a new IT system within the administration, where you will have significant responsibility as a project manager and object manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for the role, a university degree in IT, systems science, economics, or other education/experience deemed relevant for the role is required. You should have documented experience in a similar role. It is essential that you have previously led development work related to digitalization and have experience in driving and leading change projects involving IT systems. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience in object management of IT systems according to PM3 or a similar model is an advantage.
As a person, you have a natural ability to collaborate effectively with different individuals and groups, regardless of their background or function. With your strong communication skills, you express yourself clearly and adapt your communication to the audience's needs and conditions, which builds trust and credibility. You also have a strong ability to build and maintain long-term and good relationships, both within the organization and with external parties. You are a structured and responsible person who identifies improvement opportunities and takes the initiative for change to drive the organization forward.
