Your Role

Do you want to work with identity management as a central part of Saab's Digital Workplace?

Group IT is now looking for a Workplace Identity Specialist who wants to contribute to a secure and efficient identity platform for Saab. Identity is a key component within Digital Workplace, enabling both a smooth user experience and strong security in our services.

In this role, you will be part of our team within Digital Workplace, where we manage global client, phone, and collaboration solutions that support Saab's global operations. You will work on developing and optimizing access management in our services, which directly impacts the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of our global service.

Your tasks will include:

• Developing and maintaining access management in line with the needs of M365 services.
• Configuring and managing Microsoft Entra ID for M365.
• Ensuring stable and secure operation of the platform.
• Supporting users and other IT teams through incident and case management.
• Collaborating with other technical areas to ensure our identities are effectively integrated into the M365 portfolio.
• Contributing to the further development of processes, documentation, and strategies for Digital Workplace.
• Training and supporting colleagues in access-related issues.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Solid experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID and its ecosystem.
• Understanding of how IAM impacts Digital Workplace services from a cost, efficiency, and security perspective.

Desirable experiences:

• Windows infrastructure, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SSO, Federation, and Microsoft Security services.
• Experience in an IT organization governed by TBM principles.

As a person, you are solution-oriented and have an understanding of how IAM affects the whole in a Workplace environment. You are used to collaborating and communicating with various IT functions. We also see that you are interested in developing and improving processes related to Workplace services.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
