Our rental stations in Luleå are now looking for customer-focused Car Renters/Car Care Specialists (CSR/Hiker) to strengthen our team during the summer period (May-August). The role of Car Renter/Car Care Specialist is varied, where your main task is to take care of our customers and cars, both of which are always in focus. You play an important role in the customer's experience of their rental, from the moment the customer comes to pick up their car until the return, where your customer service is crucial.

You will assist the customer throughout their car rental, such as:

• Receiving bookings & inquiries from customers via phone, email, or in person
• Rental of cars, creating rental agreements & back-office administration
• Assisting in the garage/parking for any questions regarding the car's features
• Cleaning and preparing the car after rental as well as handling damages
• Car delivery & daily planning of the station's available fleet

A requirement for the position is a B driver's license and that you are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, we believe you are an administrative star with an aptitude for learning new systems. Previous experience in the service industry and/or administrative roles is a plus.
