Are you a technically skilled problem solver with a strong interest in IT support? We are now looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician for our client in Linköping. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you contribute to a smooth and efficient IT infrastructure.

As a 2nd Line Support Technician, you will handle more complex cases escalated from 1st Line, work with troubleshooting and administration of IT systems, and ensure that users receive quick and professional assistance. You will be part of a team with over 20 colleagues.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving IT-related issues within networks, applications, and systems.
• Management and administration of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and other corporate solutions.
• Work with more complex IT cases and liaise with vendors.
• Automation through PowerShell.
• Support and collaborate with 1st Line Support to effectively resolve incoming cases.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Participate in projects and contribute to the improvement of processes and systems.
• Document and create user guides as needed.

• At least 1–3 years of experience in IT support at the 2nd Line level or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Experience in troubleshooting networks and hardware.
• Basic understanding of IT security and server administration.
• Ability to work systematically and independently with multiple cases simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
