EnRival AB was founded in 2005 and has since been an Almega authorized staffing and transition company. We have many years of experience in recruitment, staffing, and job matching. We create job opportunities!

Today, EnRival AB has about 100 offices across large parts of Sweden, from Ystad in the south to Luleå in the north. Our areas of operation are Recruitment, Staffing, Transition, and Education. Within labor market projects, we are a complementary actor to the Employment Service and one of Sweden's leading providers of job matching through the Rusta and Matcha service.

About the position

As a coach within Rusta and Matcha, you support job seekers on their path to self-sufficiency. You work in a coaching and motivating manner to help them find the right job or education. Your work includes, among other things:

• Individual guidance and coaching
• Matching against jobs and education
• Contact with employers and network building
• Support in application processes and interview preparations

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is good at building relationships and thrives in a dynamic environment. You are social, flexible, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. Inspiring and motivating people is your strength!

Requirements profile (meet at least one of the following options):

Option 1:

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
• At least two years of full-time work experience

Option 2:

• At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with a passing result
• At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:
• Leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Handling personnel issues (not just administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

Desirable qualities and experiences:

• Strong network within the local business community
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
• Ability to create and maintain relationships
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented
• Good communication skills and coaching approach
• Digital competence and experience in holding online meetings
