We are looking for a female personal assistant in Mölndal.

The current need is for hourly substitutes who can work during the absence and leave of regular staff, as well as in preparation for summer 2025. 

Do you have a good work ethic, sense of responsibility, and a good organizational mind? Are you a driven person, physically active, who enjoys working hard, has a positive attitude, and is good at discussing both serious and light topics – then you could be our new colleague.

Based on clear routines, you will actively work with the client's needs. The security between you and our client, as well as in your tasks, will be ensured through introductory sessions at the workplace.

- I am a cheerful woman in my 40s with cerebral palsy who needs support and help with most things in my daily life. Since I am in a wheelchair, there are some transfers involved.
I live with my partner and dog. I have a great interest in cooking. Planning and structure are very important to me and something I need help with.  I like to maintain honest and straightforward communication between myself and my assistants.

We prefer that applicants have experience in healthcare and social services, preferably as a personal assistant. The client chooses their assistants, and personality is of great importance. You should be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Working hours: Day shifts and one weekend a month.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
