About the position We are currently seeking personal assistants in Tidaholm and surrounding areas for the summer. Perhaps this is just the beginning of a continued journey within the care profession and you want to stay longer with us? You will become an important part of their lives and contribute to their independence and well-being. Routines and activities may vary depending on whom you work with. The tasks are varied but mainly consist of working in the client's home, as well as accompanying the client on various activities and errands. Some examples of tasks include assisting with personal care, medication management, daily chores, shopping, cooking, and activities. There may also be lifting involved during transfers, depending on each client's needs (if needed, aids are available on site). The work as a personal assistant is generally a solitary job, although double staffing may occur in some cases. You are there for the client when they live their life according to their circumstances.

Working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Working hours vary depending on whom you work with. It is desirable that you, as an applicant, can work day and evening hours and/or nights, on both weekdays and weekends.

About you As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their lives and contribute to their independence and well-being. We believe that you, as an applicant for this position, are a person who is attentive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as an applicant and the client. This can become decisive in the final selection. Scope: Varying employment degree based on each assignment's needs.  Start date: As agreed. Selection is ongoing.  Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.

You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old. 

If you want to work with children and young people under 18 years old, you must present an extract from the criminal record.
