The Social Administration is responsible for interventions, support, and services to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Services Act and must implement interventions regulated by these laws. All operations are centered around the individual to meet their needs. The mission involves a strong customer focus and service spirit.

The Social Administration's staff has the main task of serving the operations in various areas such as personnel, payroll, finance, IT, archives, etc. The staff also receives assignments initiated by the political organization linked to the administration. The staff is led by an administrative manager who has personnel consultants, economists, IT coordinators, archivists, payroll and finance administrators, etc. at their disposal.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Coordinator for regional collaboration, you will work on behalf of the management group (LGVO) and be our primary administrative support. The assignment includes planning meetings and agendas as well as writing minutes. It also involves coordinating certain assignments, preparing materials for analyses, coordinating and initiating follow-up of our agreements and arrangements, preparing financial materials, coordinating joint state grants, etc.

The role of coordinator is new, and you are expected to contribute to shaping the position together with LGVO's working committee. The work is independent, but you will have support from LGVO's working committee and from the Social Administration in Motala. You will work in a dynamic and developing environment alongside dedicated colleagues and actors within care and support.

The position is located in Motala municipality at the Social Administration's staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have an academic education that we consider suitable for the role and have experience as administrative support to a management group. If you have work experience from a municipality or region, we see it as an advantage.

We place great importance on your personal abilities. You easily create new relationships, actively take initiative in social contexts, and have a willingness and ability to help others. You work according to a clear process and organize and plan your work well. You complete what you start and meet deadlines. You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions and have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor and be constructive even in pressured situations. You have good computer skills and can express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing. Good knowledge of English is desirable.
