Cambio is in an exciting growth phase and is now recruiting a Financial Controller to their beautiful office in central Linköping. The role is newly established, and your work will be crucial in ensuring an efficient and profitable project operation.

Cambio strives to deliver the most innovative digital solutions for regions, municipalities, and private healthcare providers – and as a Financial Controller, you play a key role in strengthening financial governance in project operations. Main Responsibilities As a Financial Controller, you will be offered a varied, fun, and challenging role where you work closely with the business in the projects being carried out. You will also support the accounts receivables team in managing project profit settlements and setting up customer contracts. Here you will work with accounting, financial follow-up, and governance of Cambio's project operations, both at a strategic and operational level. You will be part of a finance team consisting of 14 people and report directly to Alexander, who is the Head of Finance.

  • Project accounting
  • Year-end work related to revenue recognition
  • Financial follow-up of projects and analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Reporting
  • Cost tracking and updating
  • Key performance indicator tracking
  • Drive improvements in financial processes within project management

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with a university degree or equivalent in finance and who has gained a couple of years of relevant work experience. Thus, we see that you applying for this position have experience working with both accounting and analysis. It is advantageous if you also have experience working in a project-driven software environment, preferably internationally. You are accustomed to working in Excel but also strive to improve follow-up using new, modern financial systems. Experience with Workday and Adaptive is a plus. Your proficiency in Swedish and English is good, both in speaking and writing.
