We are looking for an outgoing and creative person with a passion for customer service, administration & finance for an exciting global technology company. You have an eye for detail and are eager to work with varied tasks at our client's office in central Linköping.

You should enjoy working in a calm environment with diverse tasks.

What you will be working on:

• Responsible for the daily operations of the office
• Administrative services, invoicing, reporting
• Assisting with projects
• Main contact person for landlord and other suppliers
• Mail and package handling
• Access card administration

Are you ready for a challenge?

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role; you are self-driven & organized. You need to be proactive, solution-oriented, and have a proactive work approach. You have a sense of service and maintain a high service level, order, and cheerfulness. You need to have good knowledge of Office 365. We require you to have written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English as we work in an international environment.
