The Joint Management Administration consists of the areas of Support and Development, Strategic Urban Planning, HR, Communication, Emergency Services and Safety, as well as Planning and Follow-up.
The administration is tasked with leading, supporting, and coordinating the entire municipal organization on behalf of the municipal council. This is done by focusing on the needs of the customer and having a holistic view and common working methods. We are a learning organization that promotes innovation and learning from both the environment and each other.
Within Motala municipality, we have together created and implemented a new HR organization in recent years that better meets the needs of the operations for HR support. Within the new HR organization, there is an HR partner team with municipal-wide responsibility, HR managers with administrative responsibility, HR experts in areas of expertise, an HR manager, totaling 16 employees. We are now looking for you to become our new Negotiation Leader as our current colleague moves on to new challenges. For the role, we are looking for someone who wants to help deliver Östergötland's best HR support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Labor Law Negotiation Leader, you are Motala municipality's expert in matters concerning labor law, agreements, and negotiations.
You have significant responsibility for the cases you manage from start to finish, but you always have the strength of the competent and professional HR team. Together we make it possible to deliver Östergötland's best HR support.
You will be responsible for negotiations within the labor law area, including leading dispute and collective agreement negotiations as well as having overall responsibility for salary reviews and salary policy. As a labor law negotiation leader, you have an advisory role to other HR colleagues regarding interpretations of laws and agreements. Your role also includes being responsible for relationships with the various trade unions covering 6 agreement areas.

QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in the role, you have an academic degree in HR, Law, or equivalent education/experience that the employer deems relevant. You also have substantial work experience in the field, experience in interpreting collective agreements, negotiations, and labor relations. We would like you to have experience from public operations.
We are looking for someone who has good self-awareness and is secure in themselves and their professional role. You have a structured way of working, are driven, and through your knowledge create trust within the organization in employer-related issues.
Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and the ability to build good relationships over time while maintaining integrity. You have a good ability to explain complex matters in a pedagogical way and express yourself well in both speech and writing. For us, it is also important that you can see the opportunities in change and are driven by them.
