Are you our new digital communicator?

One of our colleagues will soon go on parental leave – and we are looking for someone who wants to help further develop our work with external websites. You will be a key person in our team and will work both strategically and operationally – from analyzing behavioral data and keywords to structuring, writing, and publishing content.

You have a good understanding of the digital landscape and know how different channels interact – but your primary arena is the web. Here, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and producing content that educates, simplifies, and converts – always based on the needs of the target audience.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs and based on that plan and produce content for several digital channels, such as web, social media, and email.
• Conduct keyword analyses and optimize texts for search engines.
• Work closely with colleagues in our various operations, UX designers, and marketing communicators to optimize our digital communication.
• Drive and lead projects from start to finish.
• Build web pages in our CMS tool EpiServer/Optimizely.

Who are you?

You are a creative and pedagogical person who can explain the complex in a simple way. You have experience in content work for the web, see the big picture, and can prioritize what creates the most value for the target audience. But above all, you have a good sense of language and the ability to write clearly, understandably, and tailored to the audience.

We believe you are attentive and humble. You are curious and enjoy gaining new knowledge to learn more about the industry and what is current, as well as following digital trends to develop your skills.

We value that you are solution-oriented and self-driven – you find new ways forward and see what actually makes a difference for the target audience.

It is an advantage if you have experience in UX writing, SEO, and digital accessibility.
