The company STO Scandinavia AB develops, produces, and markets products and system solutions in facades, interiors, flooring, and concrete. The pleasant office in Linköping is located on Gesällgatan in Linköping.

Main Responsibilities

In the role of controller, you will have a broad and varied workday where you continuously support the organization with analysis, reporting, and decision-making support. You will be part of a wonderful and engaged team of 5 people and report directly to Joakim, who is the CFO.

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Analysis and reporting
• Monthly follow-up and variance analysis
• Cost price calculations and investment calculations
• Follow-up and development of key performance indicators
• Diverse ad-hoc analyses and projects
• Development of routines and processes within your area

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education or equivalent in finance. To be successful in this role, we see that you have a couple of years of work experience from a similar role, such as a controller or auditor, where both your analytical and communicative skills have been appreciated. You are really skilled in Excel and are often the one your colleagues turn to for various system questions. Furthermore, we consider it an advantage if you also have previous experience with SAP. Your skills in both Swedish and English are good, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are driven, analytical, and willing to come up with innovative suggestions. You enjoy being where the action is and are used to having many points of contact. You easily absorb information and communicate in a simple and pedagogical way. Your surroundings describe you as a positive team player who cares about your delivery and has a knack for driving work forward.
