ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is seeking a customer advisor on behalf of Danske Bank for the bank's outbound operations. This part of the bank has a clear mission to develop customer relationships and enhance the positive experience of the bank while increasing customer engagement. Through proactive outreach to existing and new private customers, the bank offers tailored offers with the ambition to meet customers where their interests currently lie.

As a customer advisor, you will work in a team within the outbound calling operations with the mission to proactively contact existing private customers and, to some extent, potential private customers. The customers you interact with daily have either shown an interest in the bank or the team wants to call for customer care purposes to schedule meetings. Through good service and professional handling in customer conversations, most of your calls will lead to scheduled advisory meetings, primarily conducted via digital online meetings, or alternatively physical meetings at one of the bank's offices. Together with the rest of the team, you will have a constant focus on developing your working methods to create added value for the bank's customers.

In the role of customer advisor, you will receive training via SwedSec to obtain a mortgage license, which will help you develop your expertise in mortgage-related issues. This training will take place six months into your employment.

Responsibilities

In the role of advisor, the focus is on the outbound operations where you work with mortgage-related issues. Your mission is to create customer value and schedule meetings for private advisors. You are the bank's face to the outside and are often one of the first contacts with the bank for both new and existing customers. There may also be side tasks from other departments.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a high school education in economics or is interested in economics
• Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English as both languages are used in daily work

It is considered an advantage if you have previously worked with customer contact and have good phone skills.
