Machine Demonstrator Wanted at Lantmännen in Region East

In this role, you will be responsible for the region's demo fleet and become a central part of our sales team. Together, we ensure that our demonstrations are of the highest quality and provide our customers with an extraordinary experience.

You will be the link between product managers and salespeople, ensuring that we always stay at the forefront of knowledge and expertise, as well as planning and conducting local training to strengthen our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the region's demo fleet and ensure that established routines are followed.
• Stay updated on our products to maintain specialist knowledge.
• Be informed about existing and new features within our product area.
• Be physically and mobile available during demo runs in the region.
• Customer contact together with respective salespeople for support and assistance.
• Responsible for information exchange between central product managers and salespeople regarding our demo fleet.
• Compile and suggest product improvements both centrally and locally.
• Monitor competency levels within the region. Plan and conduct local training for the sales team in the region.
• Represent and participate in local and central demonstrations.
• Assist with central planning of demo objects as needed.
• Provide suggestions for improvements regarding methods and routines related to demo objects and their usage.

What You Need to Succeed and Thrive

To succeed in this role, you have a good technical understanding and many years of experience working with agricultural products and machinery. You may have previously worked in similar roles as a machine salesperson or demonstrator.

Furthermore, you possess strong social skills and a high work capacity, working in a structured and communicative manner. You excel in service and have a pedagogical calmness. You are good at delivering comprehensive solutions and presenting our products in the best possible way. Therefore, it is important that you understand the customer and their needs. Additionally, you have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and preferably an understanding of technical English. A B driver's license is a requirement for this position.
