ABOUT THE ROLE

As a finance assistant, you will work closely with the DOSPACE CFO and provide administrative support in various financial tasks. Your responsibilities may include handling invoices, bookkeeping, account reconciliations, payment follow-ups, and other finance-related tasks.

We are looking for someone who is currently studying at the university or college level in finance/accounting with at least 1 year left in your studies.

Scope and placement: You have a flexible arrangement where you work about 16 hours/month, divided over 2-3 days from one of the sites in Linköping.

Arrangement: This is a part-time consulting assignment with employment at A-hub, where you work as a consultant for our client. As a consultant at A-hub, we value you and your development journey in your consulting assignment.

You will be offered a secure employment with support and guidance from our skilled consulting managers. We are an authorized recruitment and consulting company that is a member of Almega. You will thus be covered by the collective agreement's secure terms regarding, for example, salary, pension, insurance, and vacation.

Before employment, you will undergo a background check.

Start: Start according to agreement, preferably at the end of May/June 2025.
