We are looking for someone who is already working in customer service or as a switchboard operator. You may be seeking new challenges or are interested in developing in new areas.

If you are a service-oriented and social person, who is fearless on the phone, and can listen and type at the same time? Then we have the job for you!

Job Responsibilities

During your workday, you will answer incoming phone calls from various industries and use your computer as your primary work tool, which requires you to be an experienced computer user and have an easy time learning new systems.

We are looking for someone who has... A smile that can be heard through the phone. The courage to ask when you do not understand. A positive personality with a lot of energy. We believe you are a responsive, calm, positive, and outgoing person who enjoys working with service. You should be organized, stress-resistant, and have the ability to be friendly, even in the most pressured situations. You have a good ability to keep many balls in the air and can maintain focus even during periods of high workload.

To succeed (experience and requirements)...

We are now looking for someone who has at least 1 year of experience from a similar job or role. You know how to listen and type at the same time. Keyboard speed and technique are an important part of succeeding in this assignment.

For the position, it is also required that you master Swedish in both spoken and written form. We have many customers with foreign contacts, which is why it is very important that you speak and understand English.

You find it easy to talk, regardless of who is on the other end of the line.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of English, mainly spoken as many customers speak English when they call.
  • You have at least a high school diploma or other suitable education or equivalent work experience.
  • Good computer skills and keyboard technique.
  • One year of experience from similar work.

You will receive training in our programs and also in conversation techniques, which will help you gather information that allows you to perform your job in the best way.
