About the role
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a passionate People & Culture Lead who wants to grow with us and play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining the best tech consultants. You will work closely with our Business Managers to develop and refine our recruitment process while building long-term relationships with our consultants and driving initiatives to boost and nurture employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Be our talent magnet and find tech stars that fit perfectly into Xamera DEV's culture.
- Conduct first interviews and assess candidates' potential and fit.
- Collaborate with Business Managers to make smart recruitment decisions.
- Develop and refine recruitment strategies to ensure a steady stream of tech talent.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future recruitment opportunities.
Employee Satisfaction and Consultant Relationships
- Be the go-to person along with our Business Managers for our consultants during their assignments and ensure they thrive and develop.
- Conduct regular check-ins with consultants to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive initiatives that make Xamera DEV a workplace where everyone wants to be.
Corporate Culture and Employer Branding
- Create and drive activities that strengthen our unique corporate culture and cohesion.
- Work on employer branding to position Xamera DEV as the coolest employer.
- Plan and execute social and professional events to strengthen team spirit and networking among consultants.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment within the tech industry or consulting.
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships.
- Experience working with employee satisfaction and culture-enhancing initiatives.
- Ability to think both strategically and operationally in a fast-changing environment.
- A genuine interest in creating a workplace where people thrive and develop, where you also thrive and develop.
