Business Developer for Norrköping's Recreation Centers
Do you want to help shape the future of recreation centers in Norrköping? We are looking for a business developer who drives development, creates collaborations, and ensures that we communicate in the best way!
Who are we?
Norrköping's recreation centers are part of the growth and development office, and our mission is to create a safe and health-promoting environment for children and youth. We complement the school’s work by offering various learning situations that promote the knowledge development of children and youth. We harness and promote the creativity, needs, and personal interests of our visitors.
Together with the association life, nearby schools, civil society, and the business community, we develop Norrköping's recreation centers to create joy, community, and meaningful leisure. This contributes to increasing Norrköping's attractiveness and thus strengthens Norrköping as a residential and tourist destination.

Your tasks
As a business developer for Norrköping's recreation centers, you will be offered a varied assignment where you drive and develop the activities of the recreation centers forward. The position involves close collaboration with the unit managers for the recreation centers, where you jointly prioritize identified areas for development.
You monitor and analyze trends, research, and societal developments that affect leisure activities and translate these insights into development work. Furthermore, you will also prepare materials and draft service documents for the committee to ensure that decision-making is based on relevant and up-to-date information.
The role also involves coordinating, planning, and following up on training and development initiatives within the organization, such as CPR and swimming tests. You also support and coach the recreation centers on communication issues in social media to create consensus and equality in our digital channels.
Additionally, you will also manage certain external collaborations with, for example, sports clubs, other municipalities, and relevant actors.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in, for example, behavioral science, political science, social and cultural analysis, or equivalent. You have experience in business development, preferably in a politically governed organization. We view positively if you also have experience in collaboration with associations and the business community.
To thrive in this position, we see that you are social and enjoy networking. By being humble and attentive, you create positive collaborative relationships with your partners.
You have the ability to work independently, planning your tasks effectively and ensuring progress in your processes. Furthermore, you are also skilled at analyzing information and suggesting solutions and actions based on this.
A driver's license (B) is a requirement, and we also see that you have good digital competence, especially regarding social media.
You are a skilled communicator with good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and we would like you to have experience in writing decision-making documents such as service documents.
