Housing Coordinator at Studentbo in Norrköping Summer 2025

About the Position

We are looking for a housing coordinator for Studentbo in Norrköping for the summer of 2025. You will work as part of a team responsible for housing coordination, customer service, and administrative tasks for one of Norrköping's largest student accommodations, located near the university. The work is done through StudentConsulting, and you will be an important part of a team where well-being and collaboration are in focus.

Job Description

The position involves varied work with both administrative tasks and customer contact through physical interaction, email, and phone. During the summer, a large part of your work will involve handling new housing agreements – approximately 200 agreements will be signed during the intensive period. You will have mixed tasks, such as administration in various IT systems, customer dialogues, housing viewings, and practical tasks like tidying common areas and distributing materials. A significant part of the job is to provide good service to all the company's customers, and the majority of customer contact occurs over the phone.

The work is full-time in the summer, and if you are a student, there is the possibility of extra work during the spring and fall, with work distributed throughout the year as follows:

• Spring term 2025 – possible extra work/training.
• Summer 2025 – full-time during the most intensive period, weeks 24 - 34.
• Fall term 2025 – extra work.

The tasks will change depending on the time of year, and the workload increases as the admission notices for new students approach. You will also work closely with your colleagues to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who has:

• A completed high school education.
• Experience in administrative work and service (preferable).
• Good knowledge of English, as our tenants come from all over the world.
• The ability to work carefully, structured, and independently, as well as being a positive and solution-oriented team player.

Employment
