Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in service and support, who enjoys helping others and wants to be part of an engaged team. You have previously worked in customer service, support, or a similar role and have a solution-oriented mindset as well as a genuine commitment to helping others. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of the Office suite as well as experience with administrative tasks. As a person, you are positive, calm, and structured with the ability to build trust with customers. You thrive in a role where the customer's needs are always at the center.
