Job Description

Are you a driven and solution-oriented freight forwarder looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking an experienced freight forwarder.

In the role of freight forwarder, you will handle and coordinate transports, maintain ongoing contact with customers and suppliers, and ensure that deliveries are smooth and on schedule. You will work with transport bookings, customs handling, and documentation while resolving any discrepancies and optimizing flows for maximum efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing and optimizing logistical flows to reduce costs and improve delivery precision.

The position involves many contacts, making good collaboration and communication skills essential. We see you as a proactive person who is used to working independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, book, and manage transports with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that transport and customs handling is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain daily contact with customers, suppliers, and transport partners.
• Handle transport documentation and work in relevant systems.
• Follow up and resolve any discrepancies in the transport chain.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in freight forwarding.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has an education in freight forwarding, logistics, or equivalent.
• Is proficient in Excel and has experience working in external portals.
• Is service-oriented and has good communication skills.
• Has a solution-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
