What we offer
In the role of project-leading salesperson, you will be responsible for the sales of products made from thermoplastics, such as PP and PE, to new and existing customers across various sectors, including construction, industry, and infrastructure. You will identify and develop business opportunities through active prospecting and nurturing existing customer relationships. Projects are led independently from start to finish, but you will, of course, have helpful colleagues to discuss potential solutions with. In your daily work, you will create and present technical solutions and quotes that match the customer's needs and expectations, plan for project execution, coordinate resources, and follow up on your projects in relation to timelines, budgets, and quality.
In your work, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external resources, such as welders, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure that projects are delivered according to agreed specifications and timelines. It is also part of your responsibilities to ensure that all projects are carried out according to safety and quality requirements, as well as to follow up on customer satisfaction and ensure that what we deliver meets the customers' needs.
You will be based at our office in Kolmården, but you will have customers throughout Sweden, and during certain periods, you will have a couple of travel days per week, with overnight stays in other locations about 1-2 times a month.
About you
We are looking for someone with previous experience in thermoplastics, preferably with a background as a salesperson or project manager in a technical sector such as welding or industrial construction. Technical post-secondary education is an advantage, but the most important thing is your experience in our industry and that you have a good understanding of the specific challenges in thermowelding work.
As a person, you can communicate technical solutions in a pedagogical and business-oriented manner. You have strong project management skills and can handle timelines, resources, and budgets, as well as the ability to navigate complex project environments and make quick decisions when necessary. We are looking for someone who also has a strong drive, is persistent, communicative, and has a strong ability to build long-term customer relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external parties. You are structured and meticulous with an eye for detail while being able to maintain a holistic focus and ensure good quality in your work even under pressure.
You have excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish, as well as basic knowledge of English, good computer skills, and a B driver's license.
