Your Role
Saab Dynamics is in the midst of an exciting transformation journey aimed at enhancing the organization’s ability to meet the growing customer demand for our products. Therefore, we need to strengthen the team within the Manufacturing Execution System in the IT/Digitalization department in production. Does that sound exciting? We welcome your application!
We are focusing on increased digitalization in our operations, and as a Business Analyst within the MES system and in our production, you will play a significant role in this digital journey.
By combining operational understanding and system expertise, you will help employees understand how to best utilize the systems. The role includes facilitating the change process by identifying and implementing operational or system changes.
In the team, you will handle both operational short-term issues and strategic long-term challenges, and no day is the same.
Your Profile
You have a strong ability to define and communicate system requirements based on user needs and system architecture, essentially translating needs into system requirements, while also being willing to question and suggest improvements.
As a person, you build trust and contribute to an open climate by collaborating well with others. You seek and provide support and feedback to colleagues, valuing all perspectives, which contributes to the development of the organization and achieving its goals.
We appreciate that you have good analytical skills that enable you to think innovatively and find solutions to challenges and problems as they arise. You are motivated and eager to develop and learn new things. You feel comfortable communicating verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
You have a post-secondary education in IT/technology or equivalent work experience. It is advantageous to have worked with business development related to production and production systems; another merit is experience in production technology work.
The work location is Linköping or Karlskoga. Some travel is included in the position, so a driver’s license is required.
