About the Role:

We are looking for a self-driven and stress-resistant person with good social skills for our technical support in the operations and maintenance department. You will be an important part of our team and responsible for ensuring the operation of our stations as well as handling fault reports and technical issues.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring that the technical support functions smoothly and efficiently. This means monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring the operation of our stations. You will receive calls from technicians, contractors, and customers to handle various fault reports. You will also create work orders and cases in various systems and activate/deactivate stations as needed. Administrative tasks include reporting to various authorities and updating internal systems.

Furthermore, you will handle calls and emails from collaborating partners and customers, participate in various projects, and be responsible for your own smaller projects from start to finish. You will also work on improvement efforts both internally within the group and in collaboration with other departments.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

High school education, preferably with a technical focus
Experience with MS Office
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
Strong IT interest.
Experience with phone communication is a plus
Driving license B is a plus

You are stress-resistant and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus or quality in your work. You are self-driven and take your own initiatives to solve problems and drive the work forward. Your good social skills make it easy for you to collaborate with colleagues, technicians, and customers, and you have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both spoken and written form. You are also attentive and can adapt to different situations and people, contributing to a positive work environment.

Working hours are scheduled from 05:30 to 23:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 20:00 on weekends. After 16:30 and during weekends, there may be solo work.
