ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for students on behalf of Danske Bank to join our student pool working with the processing of property handovers during the sale and purchase of homes. You will belong to the Customer Financing SE department, which is the team within Technology & Services Sweden that supports Personal Customers with the management of property handovers. The team works in open office landscapes in central Linköping.

The assignment starts in April with an introduction and involves full-time work between weeks 25-32. It is then intended to continue during the semesters, where we see that you want to work long-term alongside your studies. The need is greatest at the end of the month and in the middle of the month. There will also be opportunities to step in extra beyond these days if needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The team's mission includes preparation, execution, and follow-up related to property handovers. In the role, you will be responsible for handovers and withdrawals, which includes contact with brokers and customer managers at offices as well as other banks and authorities.

You will for example:

• Handle loan disbursements in the bank
• Resolve loans in other banks
• Document cases

In the position, it is important that you are flexible and able to work the first two and last working days of the month as well as the 15th. This is expected of you as many handovers are planned for these days.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying at a university and has at least 2 years left in your studies, with a strong preference for those studying an economics-related program
• Has previous experience in customer service and administrative tasks
• Has good computer skills
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form as both languages are used in daily work
• Is available for full-time work between weeks 25-32
