As a customer service representative at Anticimex, you will have an advisory role where you assist customers by providing information and guidance to resolve their issues. The work is conducted via phone, email, customer portals, and more, where you answer questions, provide support, and ensure that the customer receives the best possible service.

Your tasks include managing and following up on customer cases, providing professional advice, and receiving and handling customer feedback. You will work administratively and use various data systems to document cases and ensure that customers receive the right assistance.

The assignment is a temporary employment that runs from week 26 to 33.

About you

We primarily welcome applicants with good knowledge in administration, feedback, and customer support, and we also appreciate experience in service, administrative work, and customer service. If you have experience in similar roles and speak other languages in addition to Swedish and English, we consider it an advantage. We highly value personal qualities and are looking for someone who is motivated and has a strong desire to learn. These qualities are crucial for succeeding in this role with us.
