TRAINING PROGRAM: The application period for Svensk Fastighetsförmedling's training program through Gävle University College for the autumn semester of 2025 is now open. We offer you the chance to realize your dream of becoming a Real Estate Agent. Alongside the education, you will complete an internship at our real estate office in Linköping.

The program consists of full-time studies amounting to 120 credits (spread over 21 months) at Gävle University College. It provides the theoretical knowledge that allows you to apply to FMI for registration as a real estate agent after graduation. The teaching follows the regular semester schedule.

The education is distance-based with recorded lectures and regular Zoom seminars. Written exams take place at Gävle University College, but there is an opportunity to apply to take exams closer to your home. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for someone who is a team player, has a strong ability to create and nurture customer relationships, is team-oriented, and has a genuine interest in service and sales. You are driven, have a natural talent for understanding and meeting customer needs, and see the value in building long-term connections.

We have extensive experience with unique knowledge and see the profession as a complex craft, which we want to share. To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have previous work experience in service and customer contact
• Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have a B driver's license

ABOUT THE EDUCATION In connection with the start of the education in September 2025, you will work alongside your studies one day a week at our real estate office in Linköping. After completing your studies, you will work in Linköping, which will finance your education.

The education is a training program, which means it is not eligible for CSN funding.

A background check will be conducted in all recruitment processes.

YOUR APPLICATION Svensk Fastighetsförmedling's Training Program is an education that entails future employment, therefore the recruitment process is conducted on the same premises as a traditional employment. More information about the process will be provided continuously during the process.

Your application needs to include a CV in Swedish, and please also attach a personal letter. Attach your documents in PDF format. Note that you should be residing in Linköping as you will be employed at the real estate office in the location where you are doing your training.
