Job responsibilities
As the Business Area Manager for Sales and Marketing, you will play a central role in developing and implementing strategies that ensure the company's continuous growth and success. You will be responsible for balancing strategic planning with fast and effective execution, which requires both leadership and analytical skills. Your role includes personnel responsibility for two key positions within the team: Sales Manager and Marketing Manager. Together, you will work to drive the company's business strategy forward by developing and implementing results-driven measures aimed at increasing sales and ensuring long-term profitability. This means you will work with the existing customer base while also focusing heavily on developing and strengthening the company's proactive sales efforts. Relationship building is an important part of the role, with an emphasis on actively developing and maintaining long-term collaborations and trusting relationships with key individuals, customers, and partners. Creating and nurturing these networks is crucial not only for identifying new business opportunities but also for ensuring stable and sustainable growth for the company. In this role, you will also play a key role in actively mapping and analyzing markets, as well as implementing growth and expansion strategies. This will be vital in positioning the company as a leader in the industry. Your ability to navigate a dynamic business environment and your passion for achieving results will be central to successfully leading the sales and marketing team towards common goals and strategic development.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• At least 3 years of work experience in B2B sales, including data-driven sales, analysis, or strategy • You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written • B driver's license • Experience in software sales is an advantage • Experience in international sales and export is an advantage • Experience in personnel responsibility & leadership is an advantage
