ABOUT THE POSITION:

In our customer service at Danske Bank, you play a central role in helping customers with a variety of questions. Your tasks include informing about the bank's products and services, as well as educating customers so they can resolve simpler matters on our website or in the banking app themselves. Our ambition is to resolve the customer's issue at the first contact. Your primary communication channel will be phone, and to some extent also email and chat. You will also actively conduct needs analyses where you tailor the bank's services and products to each customer's specific needs. In addition to your tasks, you will also be offered a certification in information provision of securities.

In the customer service department, customer satisfaction and availability are our top priorities, and we place great importance on ensuring that every customer receives the right help, at the right time, and through the right channel.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

- Have a complete high school education

- Master Swedish and English in speech and writing

- Have good computer and system skills

We prefer that you have knowledge of or an interest in economics, preferably in securities, as well as general work experience. It is a merit if you have an academic education in this area, but it is not a requirement.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

Start: 22/4 Location: Linköping Employment type: Full-time, permanent position with an initial probationary period Working hours: Monday to Friday within the framework of 07:45 – 18:00 Salary: Individual salary setting, collective agreement applies Contact: rekrytering@workz.se
