As a Customer Service Representative for Telenor, you will:

• Support customers over the phone with general customer service and perform basic troubleshooting for TV and broadband.
• Work with upselling in each call based on the individual customer's needs and interests through well-founded needs analysis.
• Paid training to ensure you have the right prerequisites for the position!

Your qualifications:

• Have passing grades in Swedish A/1 and English A/5
• Have a positive attitude towards learning and personal development
• Have a sense of what constitutes good customer service and a desire to provide just that
• Have an interest in upselling and finding the best solutions for the customer

Employment type: We offer both 80% or 100% permanent employment (starting with a 6-month probationary period)

Working hours: Varying during opening hours, Monday - Friday 08:00-18:00, Saturdays 10:00-17:00
